After an opening Away win at Clevedon on the opening day of the season, Okehampton renew old rivalries with Cullompton this Saturday at Oaklands.
Having returned to South West 1 via the Western Counties playoffs last season, Cullompton will also be looking to maintain their unbeaten start to season, having won their opening fixture at home 33-28 against North Petherton.
After last weeks Away win New Coach Martin Harrison-Browne was very satisfied with Okehampton first win of the season. He commented, "I thought the boys stepped up to the challenge against a team that competed at the higher end of the league last year and who only missed out on promotion, loosing in a playoff. We have a few more things to work on in training this week and are looking forward to our first home game of the season against Cullompton".
So with the first "Devon Derby" of the season only days away, we look forward to welcoming Cullompton this Saturday to Oaklands for an entertaining game of Rugby.
