International Ticket Policy

International tickets will be distributed under the following conditions:
- All members have an equal right to international tickets;
- Applicants must be current, paying members of the rugby section;
- Members can apply for up to three home tickets per tournament unless there is no contest or unlimited availability;
- Away tickets are available on request and subject to the allocation of the RFU (members can apply for up to four but may be limited to two tickets depending on allocation and demand);
- A closing date for ticket applications to be processed will be set by the club and applications must be submitted prior to this date to access/contest for first choice of the tickets;
- Where more than one class of ticket is allocated, the ticket secretary shall award tickets impartially by giving preference to applicants who have applied prior to the closing date and taking account of the numbers in each party so that all tickets are used;
- Where there is a contest for tickets or demand exceeds the allocated amount, a fair draw will be held to decide who receives the tickets;
- When the applications are confirmed, a £20 non-returnable deposit should be paid per ticket to the club within a fortnight;
- All tickets are also subject to a £5 booking fee per ticket;
- Any dispute over the way that international tickets are allocated should be referred to the Chairman for a final and binding decision;
- The committee reserves the right to withhold some of the allocation to pass on to sponsors or RFU-approved hospitality companies for the benefit of the club.
