If you can spare any time at all to help out, it really would be appreciated. This has come to be one of the biggest weekends in our calendar, as it brings some much needed revenue for all sections of the club and allows us to keep the doors open. It is also one of the most entertaining events to be a part of; if you haven’t experienced it before you should come down - you will enjoy it!

We need volunteers to help with a number of task, such as manning the BBQ, cooking and serving breakfast, stewarding and helping out behind the bar. To make things easy to organise, we have set out a few shift patterns. These are:

Friday: 7pm - 12am
Saturday: 7am - 1pm, 1pm - 7pm, 7pm - 1am
Sunday: 7am - 1pm, 1pm - 5pm

We would be very grateful if any of you could spare some time over this weekend to come down and help out. Even if you can only manage a hour or so instead of a shift, your help would be really appreciated.
