Winter Power Hour Training Begins!
To deal with the poor weather in the winter months, training will now be held every Tuesday on the astroturf at Barlow RC High School in Didsbury.
Arrive by 7:45pm for a rugby-orientated session with multiple coaches designed to improve our results on the pitch. All players are expected to attend!
Power Hour training is booked for Tuesday 6th and 13th of December, with more dates to be added for January and February. Thursday training will continue for those who can make it for social touch and fitness work.
