If it doesn't kill you, it'll make you stronger.

Monday we train (indoors - fitness) at Redwood lodge - we're lucky enough to have the services of two MMA fitness fanatics who put us through our paces - it's a fantastic session.

Wednesday we move to the muddy stuff at the club for skills, technique and team play.

- 7pm start for both nights - bring your gumshield for the Weds session as there will be contact.

If you are new, when you arrive just say you're new and someone will point you at the right person to get you signed up, we're a friendly bunch. And if you just want to watch the first session or are carrying any injuries, that's fine - there'll be plenty of guys to chat to, avoiding the rough stuff.
