A couple of spaces left for late entries to what promises to be a great club night with the added spice of some of our more culinary members fighting it out to be the first ever winning of an old Brods cooking completion.
The night will take the format of our celebrity panel of judges tasting and scoring all our entries on a number of categories (starting around 7pm), then the fare will be opened to the crowd to sample. Sue will be supplying nans, rice, chips and a milder option for those with less adventurous taste buds.
The scores will be totalled and verified by an independent adjudicator, winners announced in the various categories including the coveted ‘Best of 2014’.
The event will be run without an entrance charge but we’ll be running a bumper raffle and selling authentic Asian tipples to raise money for our charity partner the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
