I have attached our Community booking form which can be used for our first Premiership Match of the season, when we play Wasps.

We have limited spaces available for the guard of honour for this match, if you are interested in small group booking and the Boys and Girls being part of the guard of honour please let me know, it will be first come basis as regards to getting the booking in.

You would have to book using the form attached and return to me and Gareth (copied)
