Alex Dombrandt, who was playing for Old Cats U18 until he went to Cardiff Met University at the start of the 2015/16 season, has been selected in the starting lineup at no.4 for the Welsh U20 team taking on Italy tonight in Milan.

What makes makes Alex's achievement even more remarkable is the fact that in April 2016 he suffered multiple fractures to his jaw whilst playing for Cardiff Met RFC.

KO for this game is 1800 Friday 3rd February and is being shown on channel S4C.
