List of Officer posts to be elected for the 2012/2013 Season

Please find below a list of the Officer positions that are eligible for election. Please note that all nomination forms must be received by the Hon. Secretary by the 7th April 2012.

Only Officers and Players who are fully paid up members of the Club are eligible to nominate or vote.

The election of Officers will take place at the End of Season Meeting to be held at the Clubhouse , 180 Green Dragon Lane, Winchmore Hill, London N21 4EP on Thursday 26th April 2012 at 8.00 p.m.


All elected officers will begin their year of office effective from 1st June 2012.

    Election of Officers 2012-13

    Nominations duly proposed and seconded must be received by the Hon. Secretary not later than the 14th April and contain the consent of the nominee

    The End of Season Meeting will take place in the Clubhouse on Thursday 26th April 2012 at 8 p.m. and not the 7.30 p.m. previously stated.

    All nominations have to be proposed, seconded and contain the consent of the nominee as stated NO LATER than 7th April as stated in the Club Constitution and not the 14th April.

    Members will be sent out the list of vacant posts together with a nomination form before 15th March 2012.

    All members will be notified of the nominees once the deadline of 7th April has passed.

    Only playing members and Officers are entitled to participate in the elections.
