Friday 17th May
No rugby is played on the day of arrival. Accommodation units will be available from 4pm but teams can arrive on resort from Midday and use the facilities at Butlins. There will be a full evening entertainment programme on the Friday. Our welcome meeting for coaches and party leaders will take place on Friday evening.

Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th
The group stages of the Festival will take place on the Saturday with the final group standings determining whether teams go on to compete in the Rhinos Challenge Finals, Plate or Bowl on the Sunday. The celebrity presentation ceremony will take place early on the Sunday evening. Teams have the option of travelling home on the Sunday evening after the presentation or heading home on the Monday.

Monday 20th May
Monday is the departure day. Check out of accommodation is 10.00am but you do not have to leave the resort until Midday giving you the chance to have a last trip to Splash Waterworld or the Funfair.

WRISTBANDS
You will be allocated one wristband for each member of your party booked through ESF Events. Please be aware that people without a wristband will not be able to participate in the Festival, attend the presentation ceremony or enter evening entertainment venues at the holiday centre.
