Hi all,

What a great session we had today. We averaged 18 of you today and I think we all had fun.

You all did well with the warm up and I saw some excellent weaving.

The drills went well, but there are still a couple of you that need to listen to and watch the demonstrations as I saw a few mistakes.

Tag challenge was fun as usual, despite a few hard knocks we did get to the end and three cheers for Jamie and McKenzie who were the last two standing.

Kicking and ball control went well, I think a little more time needs to be spent on ball control but otherwise it all went well with some good development made by quite a few of you.

Sorry we didn't get time for warm down today but I think everyone was ready for their sausage!!

Next week is the last session of the season and I'm planning to make some fun changes/challenges for you.
