The ONs girls wrapped up their end of the season game with a convincing win over Hinckley. The Hinckley backs found it difficult in the early stages to cope with the ONs back line. This resulted in some early tries for the backs. The forwards were evenly matched but there were some very good performances from the ONs girls and they battled well to secure their share of the ball. The second half became a bit of a scrappy affair with ONs scoring a number of break away tries. Despite the convincing scoreline, Hinckley put up a spirited performance and battled all the way to the final whistle.
The girls have had another fantastic season, 12 games and 12 wins. A great team spirit has ensured they are League winners for the second year running. Well done girls - we are all very proud of you and thank you to the parents that have supported us throughout the season. The girls couldn't do it without you.
