Rhys Hughes takes over as 1st XV Captain with Blanky standing down after leading ONs through 4 of the most successful seasons in our long history

Blanky has done an immense job as Captain for the last 4 years, both on and off the field. We thank him for period as Captain during one of the most successful in the Club's history during which we achieved our highest ever league position and won the Alliance Cup a further 4 times (making it 9 in a row now!). During a challenging last season Blanky ensured we stuck to our task and that heads were held high right through to the end of ultimately unsuccessful attempt to stay in National 3 (Midlands).

Rhys was unanimously elected as the new 1st XV Captain, with Matt Mills being elected as vice captain. This gives the Club a very strong leadership team along with Keff as Head Coach. With Dave Howland as Head of Playing, Ramman as Manager and the rest of the support structure we have a great team in our drive to bounce back up to the National Leagues.

We are also really pleased to have Dave Gaughey returning after a year out to Manage the Development/2nd team with Adam "Twig" Faulkner in support.

Jigger has also stood down after 3 great years as the 3rd team skipper, Stu Holliday takes over with Mike Coggins as his Vice. Roly will do "just one more year" as the ever popular skipper of the 4ths.

Information regarding the rest of the elected officers is in the AGM Minutes pack posted on the Clubhouse notice board with copies available from the Hon Sec on request.
