1.Fixtures and prices are listed in the document attached.
2.The ONs allocation for the 10 Twickenham matches is 150
3.The ONs allocation for the 38 Non-Twickenham matches is 300
4.A maximum of 150 members can purchase these tickets.
5.The club will use a pre allocation system for the Twickenham tickets and if demand exceeds supply a draw will take place.
6.Tickets for the non-Twickenham matches can be purchased on a first come first served basis.
7.There is a limit of 4 tickets per member per game.
8.Tickets for all matches can be bought across all price bands but are subject to availability on a first come first served basis.If a price band is sold out members will be advised of price bands where tickets are available.
9.All terms and conditions must be agreed prior to purchase.

2. Timeline
1.Members interested in purchasing tickets please let me have their name and email address by April 18th and in the case of Twickenham tickets, the preferred matches in 1,2,3,order and the number of tickets required.I will also need a statement that you give permission for me to upload your details and permission for ER2015 to store and use these details in connection with allocation of tickets and also your connection with the ONs e.g player,mini/junior parent etc.
2.The ONs ticketing team will meet on April 22nd to correlate all applications and if necessary conduct a draw for tickets.
3.On May 6th 2014 the website goes live and I can then enter your details on to that site.
4.On May 16th 2014 the sale opens and eligible members log into www.tickets.rugbyworldcup.com to buy tickets.
5.On June 30th 2014 the Rugby Community sales window closes.

1.Tickets will only be issued to paid up members of the ONRFC..
2.Every individual purchasing RWC 2015 tickets must read and accept the terms and conditions of sale.

3.Any breach of the General Ticket Terms and Conditions will result in cancellation of the ticket,the refusal of admission of the ticket holder to the relevant match and/or his/her eviction from the relevant venue.It will also impact on the clubs future allocations of International tickets.
