A meeting was held last night as promised and the following was agreed most of which was already in place however for clarity:
Any player dropped from any side will be called by the team captain or team manager from the side they were dropped to explain their reasons
If there is a shortage of players for the 2nds/3rds or Vets, the side which has a league game will take priority, however, in exceptional circumstances of BIG team Friendlies common sense will take place between the captains and managers of the sides affected.
I have asked the team captains/managers to prioritise positive communication to all players as a matter of priority
It has become apparent the current 3rd Team league is very strong and the club will investigate the possibility of moving down a league for next season.
If there is a conflict for any reason that cannot be agreed between the team captains/managers the Dave Howland as Head of Playing will have the final decision
