Old Northamptonians RFC

These roles can vary from selling commercial packages to overseeing locking of changing rooms to compiling databases to sorting our training equipment to liaising with the Association, our parent body. The more hands we have helping makes the jobs easier for those elected officers* who currently take on the brunt of the Club’s extensive workload.

The WHOLE Rugby Club is managed via an Executive Committee covering all the Operating areas of the Club:

COMMERCIAL
MINI & JUNIOR
GOVERNANCE

Below each of these are various sub committees and individual roles which currently incorporate all elected officers* of the Club (Senior, Academy, Mini & Junior). In order to continue the exciting development plans and club strategy the Executive is looking for more volunteers to put themselves forward to take on a variety of roles which may suit their particular skill or interest level, regardless of previous experience.

These volunteers could be from any part of the club, player, ex player, VP, parent or just somebody interested in helping out but just wasn’t sure what they could do or how go about it.

* N.B. as we are fully committed (and proud) to being an Amateur Rugby Club like all the current officers none of these roles carry any form or re-imbursement! However we do recognise that we have to be Professional in our approach to all our important and vital operating areas hence this appeal for more support.
