Three seasons ago we were promoted into South West One and now we’re up to National League Two with a fantastic tight knit squad of players and excellent coaches who kicked ass and achieved their promotion target with three games in hand.

This is a massive achievement which has taken a huge commitment and support from everyone, all players of all ages, coaches, supporters, committee members and volunteers. We are indeed one big Old Reds Family and we go from strength to strength.

What a great day at Newton Abbot yesterday, who I’d like to thank for their warm hospitality and making us feel so welcome. Thanks also to our minis and junior section for their guard of honour and running onto the pitch in their fancy dress outfits after the final whistle. That was a great sight to see them celebrating with the senior players.

As Chairman of Rugby I couldn’t be prouder. We will continue to grow and rewrite those history books. There is no doubt about it, next season will be tough in National League Two, lots of travelling and budget headaches but with a family like ours with the support we have from each and everyone of you anything is possible...
