With two teams at home this weekend, let's build the excitement by revisiting the 2nd team captain, Sedgers...

1. Name? (And nickname) : Richard Sedgwick (Sedge, Sedgers, Sideshow, Winston, Marge)

2. Position(s): Lock, retired wing

3. Which team (1s/2s): 2s

4. How old when first started playing?: 7

5. Interests outside of rugby: Cycling, cooking, gardening, being a domestic goddess

6. Favourite drink: Roobus tea, Ting

7. Favourite food: Lasagne, jollof rice, chicken in most forms (but especially wings), apples

8. Favourite personal rugby moment to date: Scoring twice in the match I was moved from wing to debut in the second row; beating Chobham away with only 14 men.

9. Longest in the shower? Tom Anthony. He’s very chatty.

10. Hardest trainer? Laurie is very regular

11. Most skilful? As a forward it has to be the late, great Jiggy.

12. Worst dressed? Probably me

13. Best boozer? Laurie – I think I’ve seen his nipples more than my own since I started playing for this club.

14. Biggest moaner? Andy Blackburn closely followed by Andy Staples

15. Hardest at the club? The surprisingly solid MacKay

16. Biggest tackler?
Tubby Timmy Fawcett loves a smash

17. Biggest joker? Professional bad influence Dowsett, and Jae.

18. Smartest? Fridge

19. Best tourist? Touring’s too much fun for me, but I’ve heard some great stories about Price.

20. Best Player You Have Played With: It used to be Watkins when he played a few games in the 2s, but Dan Ward last season got six tries in two games so it’s probably him. Still not happy Worcester academy selfishly didn’t want him to play for Old Tiffs....

21. Hardest to tackle at the club: Carvill – the size, speed, and angles make it a seriously unappetising prospect.

22. Goals for the season: Finish top three, not have to cancel any 2s games, continue to avoid being made to neck pints.
