CRB Applications
Please fill out all required fields on the attached form and return to me asap. I will need to see original documentation to prove who you are and where you live. For ease the best documents to produce if you have them are a valid Passport any nationality, UK Birth Certificate, UK Driving Licence from Group 1 (2 of these are needed) and from Group 2 (If 2 provided in group 1 then only 1 is required from this group) Marriage Certificate, Financial Statement /Bank Statement/Utility Bill/ Payslip/Credit Card Statement (within 3 months old) or for younger people exam certificates/National Insurance Card/Connexions card or a letter from a Head Teacher.
Once i have seen the original documentation i can then apply for your CRB via a secure Internet site and hopefully your Enhanced CRB should be with you within 2 weeks.
