Youth Section Laser Tag Christmas Party
Sunday 18th December 12-4.30pm
Following on from the setting up of the Youth Committee the Youth Section will be holding a Christmas Party at the club on Sunday 18th December. Training will still take place at 10-11.30am and the boys will then have time to get changed if they wish ready for the afternoon's activities.
We will be having a company set up an outdoor laser tag arena for all the boys and parents to take part. Younger or older siblings as well as friends are also invited but all U18s have to have a parent sign a form.
U8s have to have a parent supervising them but I do feel that if a child is under the age of 6 it is probably not a good idea to take part.
I have personally seen all the documentation needed and the adults running the activity are CRB and First Aid trained. I will also be there for the whole day.
As a club we will also provide hot food and drinks within the price of the ticket and additional refreshments (beer, wine, chocolate, crisps, sweets etc) can be purchased from the bar area.
The price for the whole day will be £15 for a family ticket. So boys, mum, dad and brothers and sisters can take part as well as get fed. I think you will agree this is great value. We are also hoping to run a small raffle but this is to be confirmed.
I will be sending a text out shortly regarding this and on a final note would like to thank Diane Fitzgerald (U13 Aarons mum) for organising this day.Hope to see as many of you there as possible and parents - NO SCHOOL THE NEXT DAY SO ENJOY A DRINK OR TWO - IT IS CHRISTMAS!!!
