Ole Miss Rugby Football Club

The Ole Miss Rugby rebels just wrapped up their week long camp in preparation for Memphis on Saturday and the upcoming inaugural SCRC season. The team arrived Monday to the first fitness test, and it became obvious that everyone had been putting their time in over the break, as the first session showed a lot of promise of what was yet to come later in the week. The rebels delivered, the team atmosphere on the field is at an all time high, and the players were eager to learn our new game plan. Coach David Chapman has constructed an incredible strategy that the Rebels believe will give them a very good chance for success. After four days of of continuous rugby, the team is ready to take on a very strong opponent in the Memphis Tigers. There are going to be five consecutive Saturdays in which we are playing rugby in Oxford, and it all starts tomorrow at 1 pm at the intramural fields on campus.
