Ollerton Town receive bye to the second qualifying round of this year's FA Vase

Ollerton Town face an away trip to either Westella & Willerby or Arnold Town in the FA Vase Second Qualifying Round after the draw was made on Friday afternoon.
Ollerton received an automatic bye to the Second Qualifying Round and will now have to wait and see who wins the First Qualifying Round tie between Westella & Willerby and Arnold Town before learning who they will take on.
Westella and Arnold offer two very different tests, not only in terms of distance! Last season saw Westella & Willerby relegated from the NCEL Division One with Ollerton defeating them 1-0 on the final day of the season after Westella had won the reverse fixture. Ollerton and Westella also faced off in the Central Midlands League not too long ago and the two sides are very familiar with each other.
Meanwhile, Arnold Town finished 16th last season in the East Midlands Counties League and 'on paper', would perhaps offer Ollerton a tougher test. Despite being reasonably close to each other geographically, Ollerton and Arnold have no previous encounters to base form off

Westella & Willerby v Arnold Town is scheduled to take place on Saturday 9th September with the winner hosting Ollerton a fortnight later on Saturday 23rd September, 3pm K.O.
