AGM 2011 - Thursday 24th November.
Survey AGM on the horizon
The Ordnance Survey AGM and Trophy Presentation will be held at the Waterloo Arms, Freemantle, Southampton, on THURSDAY 24th NOVEMBER 2011 7.15pm for 7.30pm start.
Please note this is the most important date in the year for the Club where you, as members of the Club have the power to affect the manner in which the cricket club is run.
Attached are the Club rules. If you wish to be considered or wish to nominate a person for a position then you will need to let me know no later than Thursday 10th of November. If you are nominating somebody for a position then you need to get their consent first.
I will in due course send out the Agenda, minutes and averages, please take time to read these when they arrive.
Once again, thank you for your support this season and I look forward to meeting with you on 24th.

Yes, same date, same time, but at the Waterloo.
Sorted out nearly 2 weeks ago but Olly doesn't seem to have passed it on to anybody ..................
