Rugby Ready - Thanks
Thanks to everyone who attended last night
Thanks from myself to everyone who attended the Rugby Ready course last night and supported the club in putting it on. We had 17 attend (11 from the club) and hopefully everyone found it to be a benefit to them.
Following on from this the club will be arranging a Scrum Factory course before the end of the season. This goes into greater detail on body position, binding etc and also explores game play from a scrum.
The course is perfect for coaches and front row players looking to improve. As soon as a date has been agreed details will be published here.
