Ossett RUFC have attended and enjoyed the Jersey Vets tournament for a decade now. In recent years numbers have dwindled as the original group who got it going have started to retire.

Next year is world cup year so it is unlikely we will be going. I would like to try and get it going again in 2016. We have a good crop of Over 35's (at the younger end) who will still be playing and if we can get a team together im sure we could compete - as well as enjoy a great weekend in Jersey.

I propose that any interested parties set up a direct debit of £12.50 for the next two years. This will collect over £300 that will pay for flight, hotel and beer money for the weekend. If people change their mind over the next 18 months they can withdraw their money.

Please text me if you are interested. Need 12-15 to make it worthwhile. Early comittment needed to get it going.
