Monday's training session will be at Southdale. Be there for 6:45 warm-up to start a hard blow out session for 7:00.
Thursday will also hopefully be at Southdale and will start at 7:00 so that we can get a good run through. I will keep you updated if the weather does not permit us to have good light!
Let's get off our backsides for the final week and put in some good preparation work for the coming weekend.
