Albion sign three ahead of deadline day

Manager Richard Tracey has signed 3 players ahead of Thursday's transfer deadline. All 3 are expected to be in today's squad to face Prescot Cables.

Joining from Nostell MW is defender Adam Clayton, defender Kyle Harrison who joins on dual registration from Guiseley and Sheffield United scholar Robbie Fixter.

Adam is an experienced defender who has also played in the Conference North for Bradford Park Avenue.

Kyle is no stranger to Ossett Albion have played a number of games last season. He has also played for Frickley Athletic and Farsley this season.

Robbie is a 2nd year scholar at Sheffield United and comes on work experience loan.He is a pacey wide player who is well respected at the Blades.

All three are expected to be in today's squad to face fellow strugglers Prescot Cables.

Missing today will be skipper Wes Milnes who is suspended, Lewis Trice who is injured and Timmy Taylor who is on Wembley FA Trophy duty with North Ferriby United.

Chairman Dominic Riordan faces a late fitness test but is expected to return to the squad having missed the last 2 games due to injury.
