We are happy to announce that planning permission has come through for the new changing room / tea room building that will replace the current facilities, which are no longer fit for purpose and fail to meet the latest ECB standards criteria.

The new building will greatly improve the ground and its overall facilities, thus ensuring that Ossett CC will maintain its present standing as a Cup final / Representative game venue of choice.

Our next stage is to obtain competitive tenders for construction, this exercise will then be followed by applications for grants from a number of funding sources including the ECB themselves, LANDFILL and Sport England among other crowdfunder organisations.

Naturally, we as a club need to make some form of percentage contribution toward the final cost. We believe that this can be achieved through a number of options: fundraising events, donations of money or materials, actual sponsorship plus pledged voluntary manual labour on the project.
