The attached Five Year Development Plan document was originally prepared as part of the ECB Clubmark re-accreditation process, however it struck us as a very relevant document worthy of circulation among everyone associated with junior cricket at Ossett.

Fundamentally, the plan maps out the way, we believe comprehensively, in which the Ossett CC board intend to move the club forward in the future.

As ever it is a ‘perceived’ way forward for the club produced by a core team and therefore I would like to open the floor as it were, by inviting you to read through the plan and offer any additional comments, ideas etc. which could be constructively incorporated into the forward road map.
