Great start to the season for the Reds

10 months ago By Keith Mackie

Up to 7th in the league with games in hand

With a quarter of the season completed, Grant Black must be pleased with the positive start the team has made in this seasons league campaign. Based on the first 13 league games of the season, the teams performance is at a higher level than at the same time last season.

2016/17 Season

Played 13, Won 6, Draw 1, Lost 6, Scored 19, Conceded 17, (+2) 19 Points.

Average points per game: 1.73

2017/18 Season

Played 13, Won 8, Draw 2, Lost 3, Scored 20, Conceded 13, (+7) 26 Points

Average points per game: 2.0

Interestingly, if the Reds can maintain, as a minimum the same performance for the rest of the season they would achieve a total of 84 points. Based on last seasons league table that would be enough for an automatic promotion place !!
