• Next season there will be a change to the membership subscriptions that we shall explain in detail. The emphasis will be on bringing everybody into the club.

• We shall also be announcing changes to the committee structure in the hope that we can bring more people into the club’s activities. There will be a central committee but we shall hope to expand the sub committees, and there will be a plan of what we are trying to achieve available. The aim of the meeting will be to formalize the new structure.

• We shall also bring you up to date with news on the Allotments and the Option to sell part of the training pitches.

• James Tiffany our Director of Rugby will give a talk on his aims and objectives for next season.

I am pleased to say the RFU are funding the event as part of club development. There will be some drinks prior to the meeting followed by a little food.
