Menu is as follows Starters Tomato and red pepper soup, Homemade chicken liver pâté with red onion marmalade, Prawn and crayfish cocktail, with homemade cocktail sauce, Main Chicken breast wrapped in bacon served in a mushroom and Stilton sauce, and dauphinois potato, Poached fillet of salmon, on a bed of champ and asparagus tips, with a prawn butter reduction Roasted mediterranean vegetable stack, served with sweet potato mash, dressed rocket and tangy tomato sauce. All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables, Dessert Eaton mess, fresh summer fruits, meringue and chantily cream, Warm apple tart, with pouring cream Individual selection of cheese, biscuits, grapes and celery Tea/coffee and mints to finish. hope you enjoy Lee |
