This is a reminder to all members involved in Youth and U17’s Rugby of our pre-season Forum meeting at Ruthin Rugby Club on Monday 20th August 2018 at 7.15pm

Ideally we would like to see a coach representatives and decision maker representatives from each club wishing to take part in the leagues attend. We are still looking for confirmation of your clubs interest in taking part in the league and club competition.

The Agenda will be as follows:-

1. Recap on previous meeting at Colwyn Bay. Outline rationale and timelines behind format for 2018/19 season.
2. WRU league

4. Cup, Plate and Bowl - view the rules by clicking here
5. Break out to discuss:-
· Agreement that WRU games will be finished by 1st December 2018
· Agree the standings on the 1st December will be used for the positioning of premier/ championship league whether or not all games have been played
· Agree the seedings for the preliminary rounds or cup
· Elimination of playing in cup for non-completion of league fixtures
6. Under 17 season - what do clubs want in addition to transition events for 2018/19 season and beyond. (Breakout)
