RGC have an opportunity for ALL North Wales Clubs at U7’s & U8’s to attend the Pre-Match Engagement ‘Half a Game’ festival, prior to RGC’s upcoming home match vs. Llanelli RFC on Saturday, 24th November – Please be aware that on this occasion, the arrival time will be between 11.05am and 11.20am, with kick off being at 1.00pm.

The below is a breakdown and overview of the Itinerary that will be undertaken during the day;

11.05am - 11.20am – Gate C ARRIVAL (STAFF & Players) to meet Clubs (children/parents) and walk to Barn, other parents to be directed to ticket offices for tickets (One parent and one child allowed in free)

11.20am - 11.25am – Meet in Barn for welcome (Club Coaches & RGC Players to discuss format / Plan for the event)

11.25am - 12.40pm – HALF A GAME FESTIVAL

12.40pm - 12.47pm – Toilets / Pack away

12.47pm – 12.55pm – Out for Guard of Honour

12.56pm – 1.00pm – Players out, children back to parents & coaches

1.40pm – 1.47pm – Possible Half Time Parade for Players involved (Weather / Pitch Dependent)

All Pre-Match Engagement festivals for RGC this year will be aligned with the WRU’s Half A Game initiative, so only teams at the relevant age groups signed up for half a game will be accepted.

Children will be allocated free entry, plus 1 free adult to accompany. All other adults attending will be asked to pay on entry (At the ticket office located near the Gate C entrance) U16’s are free of charge. Coaches will also have complimentary access for pre-match. All teams which register would need to provide at least one coach to support the delivery for the session where possible.

For this game ONLY, whilst there is a limit of 6 Club Teams to engage in the Half a Game Festival, any further teams may still get the chance to engage in the Guard of Honour for the fixture (U7’s & U8’s ONLY) with an arrival time of 12.30pm?
