Commercial suggestions how you can help our volunteers continue to support the local community through sport:
(1) A simple donation to our Registered Charity:- Oxford City Youth
•The club's youth section is a registered charity with the objective of providing the best sporting opportunities and facilities to boys and girls in the local area. Every Saturday, Sunday and mid-week, in addition to the senior teams, the club is represented by Youth, Colts, Women, Girls, and Veterans teams together with Oxford City Casuals, our teams for players with learning disabilities. The club is proud of its tradition and growing contribution to the local community – help us develop these achievements still further this season. All contributors will be acknowledged in all the matchday programmes for the whole season (unless otherwise requested).
•If you are a UK tax payer please ask for our Gift Aid form and allow us to make your donation go 28% further.
(2) Advertising & Sponsorship rates for Season 2011/12
• Pitch Perimeter Advert – standard 8' x 2' board or banner professionally produced to any design that you wish – the ideal promotion for corporate and local businesses.
The price is £300 for the first season and £250 for each subsequent season.
Two year package – special price £500.
Three year package – special price £700.
Why not buy more than one advert? £50 discount on each additional board.
• Home Match Sponsor – Price £150. The name of the sponsor will be acknowledged in all programmes for the whole season, and on the actual day of the match you and your 3 guests are invited to free admission and to enjoy boardroom hospitality before, at half-time and after the game. The matchday programme will also include a brief advertising feature in order to raise the sponsor’s profile.
• Away Match Sponsor – Price £300. Sponsor the transport for an away match and be invited to travel with the team and also receive free admission and hospitality for you and your 3 guests at any home match of your choice. In addition the name of the sponsor will be acknowledged for the whole season in the matchday programme.
• Programme Advert for the whole season – Full page £250, Half page £150, Quarter page £90. Any artwork design that you wish to supply or just leave it to us.
Business cards – simply let us publish yours for the whole season for £80.
• Sponsor a Player – £100 for any player of your choice. The name of the sponsor will be acknowledged in all programmes for the whole season.
Great local exposure – all adverts are included in programmes produced for Southern League and Hellenic League fixtures together with all FA Cup and FA Trophy matches. That’s well over 50 games!
