The team has progressed well through the first quarter of the season with some terrific results and performances. It is important to maintain the standards that have been set now and work hard together to work on the areas we have identified for improvement. The players not only need to play positively but need to develop further tactically and psychologically to achieve the levels we believe they can aspire to.

As a management team Justin Lee, myself and Paul Davis are delighted to welcome Paul Holden's experience and support on matchdays. The club is in a good position with Conor McDonagh and Pablo Haysham having gained first team recognition as well as James Dobson, Kynan Isaac and Albi Skendl signing Southern League forms to enable them to become part of Mike Ford's squad.

This has a knock on effect and with the good work of Paul Davis and Dave Newman we have already used three youth team players in the Nomads' squad and this will continue to be apparent as is identified by the needs of the players and the stage of development they are at.

We now enter a challenging period of our season with local derbies, cup matches and the pressure the players have placed on themselves to fulfil their capabilities. This journey will have ups and downs I am sure but we must all learn, work hard and enjoy the challenges ahead.
