Club Volunteers Needed
Club Volunteers
This is a plea to all parents in the Mini & Juniors. The committee
urgently needs more volunteers to help run this section of the club.

PRESENTATION
The positions most in urgent need of filling are:-
Hon. Secretary
Welfare Officer
Kitchen Supplies
Shop
The current holders of these positions have tried to step down
several times, but no-one has come forward to take over.
Hon. Secretary - Organise committee meetings (every other month
during rugby season), send out agenda, take minutes.
Welfare Officer - The current Welfare Officer no longer has children
playing rugby at Oxford and is therefore unable to go to the club
every Sunday. This is a very important role and it is an RFU ruling
that the club has a Welfare Officer
Kitchen Supplies - Buy the supplies (bread rolls, bacon, tea, coffee,
etc) for the kitchen at St. Peters.
Shop - The shop is suffering because I cannot be at the club every
Sunday and it is important for players, both new and existing, to be
able to buy the club kit. It is also a vital form of income for the
mini & juniors.
In order to keep the club moving forward it is important that new
committee members come on board with new skills and ideas.
None of the above positions take up a lot of time and they can easily
be split between 2 or more people. If you do have some spare time
and would like to find out more about the above roles will you please
contact me.
