JUNIOR COACHES NEEDED FOR 2012 / 13 SEASON
Junior coaches needed
The following vacancies are for NEXT SEASON
Coaching staff for under 11s
(2012/13 season)
Coaches X2 Require :
Rugby ready
Level 1
Post 2
Team referee (can be combined with the above)
Needs : ELRA stage 1 & 2
Coaching staff for under 7s
(2012/13 season)
Coaches X2 Require :
RFU TAG RUGBY
Ideally also complete Rugby ready so you are able to progress further.
The tag rugby course includes refereeing, however attending the ELRA course is still very useful.
TEAM ADMINS
Both teams also need team admins (can also be the coach) to help co-ordinate the team (e.g memberships)
FIRST AIDERS
NEED : Paediatric first aid
Sports first aid

The club is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable groups all posts are subject to an ENHANCED CRB CHECK which MUST Completed before you start coaching (NOT IN SEPTEMBER)

I have posted this NOW so all required paperwork / training can be organised BEFORE September. This is also in line with good practice guidelines.
ONCE coaches are in place then:
There is a point of contact for new players and we can start to recruit over the summer.
There is a point of contact for other teams at both Paignton and other clubs.
The infomation can be submitted to the Devon Handbook in time for publication.
