A great win away for P/W after a considerable lay off and carrying so many injuries.

After a long bus trip to Wigtonshire it was time for the boys to put on their playing heads and get down to the buisness of playing rugby. And that was exactly what they did. Five tries and 4 conversions were the reward for some excellent rugby and was just reward for the boys. They even managed to get two 3 tries disallowed. The forwards played to their strengths and never truly allowed the home team to gain a foothold and the backs showed some real skill and some excellent moves to break through Wigtonshires line and with the forwards clearing out and turning over the oppositions ball in scrums, lineouts and rucks and mauls the action was constant. Wigtonshire were on the back of a fantastic win over GHA the week before but P/W were on the day superb in their execution of play.

Well done to all the boys especially the two returnees Kevin and Mr. Milne for their sterling play and effort and we will see you all at training on Tuesday Night at Whitecraigs for the game against Greenock on Saturday.
