Details on location, itinerary and meet times will be available from the respective coaches at least 1 week in advance. Could all parents please ensure that each coach knows the availability of every player whether they are able to play or not.

The cost is £5.00 per player. Payable ASAP to the respective team coach

Hi everyone,
On behalf of the WSM organising committee, we would like to thank you for entering our tournament, Please find attached the competition rules and team sheet.
Access to BLUE CAR PARK Via: GARDEN LANE CAR PARK, GARDEN LANE, WISBECH ST MARY PE13 4RZ
Important: Please note this is a different access point to when visiting during the league Season.
Please inform all parents / spectators which car park to use.
Arrival: We would advise an arrival time of between 8.30am - 9.45am. There are 196 teams in attendance, we would anticipate around 1200 cars will be attending.
Car Park marshalling will occur upon arrival, there is a £ 2.50 entry fee per car which includes a tournament programme.
Please ensure that all your traveling parents, supporters etc are aware of the Car Park procedures. Teams arriving by either Coach or Mini Bus will need to be booked in prior to the event day. There will be a £10 cost for parking, included in this price is 4 programs.
The car park is manned by volunteers any issues with individual parents/supporters of any team in the car parking area will see the team they represent removed from the competition. Please ensure that all of your players/parents/supporters are aware of the above fees.
The refreshment areas will be open from 8.00am for hot & cold refreshments (Food & Drink).
Registration: Please complete the attached registration form and submit on arrival. Please register at your age group registration tent shown in the program by 09.45 am.
Managers meeting in front of the club house at 10.10 am. First games kick off at 10.30 am. Pitches: A map of the venue & pitch layout is inside the programme.
Each pitch is dedicated to one group of matches. An area has been organised for teams to erect their own gazebo`s. No BBQ`s please.
Rules
The first named Team will supply the match ball & choose ends. Both teams should bring a match ball to allow a continuity of the game the second named Team will start the game.
In the event of a clash of colours, the second named Team will change / wear bibs.
Please ensure that you are familiar with the tournament rules. All Games are 10 minutes straight play.
It is essential that the teams abide by the tournament fixture schedule. Each age group may have a different knockout format, please check at your age group score tent.
Presentations to the winning team & runners up will take place shortly after the age group final.
We hope you thoroughly enjoy yourselves at the event.
