Match Reports

Crowborough RFC

A Perfect Christmas Present to Finish the Year ........

5 points was what was required before the game and that's what we got !

A tough day even before they left Steel Cross !

With the late arrival of the team coach.......adding to the Crow's problems.

A much improved performance gets Borough all 5 points.

And a defensive master class, keeps `Park House` at bay.

Folkestone Rugby Club

Folkestone fail to extend their run of wins at Hastings and Bexhill.

A quick look at any Bookies betting odds before this match would have seen Folkestone as firm favourites, winning on their last four outings – whilst their opponents had lost in their last three, and not registered a win since October.

Folkestone showed that they can win games when confident with running with the ball.

There were too many good performances to nominate a Man of the Match but the accolade goes to the whole squad who showed spirit, enthusiasm and the will to win.

Folkestone hang on in the last 10 minutes to post a win.

It was in the 2010/2011 season that Folkestone last played Crawley – then notching up two wins. And this game produced the third win in a row in the League.
