Aled Probert lines up at left back prior to kick-off. Skipper John Williams breaks through the BCLC rearguard with a surging run. Mike Davies whips in a Parklands corner from the left. A Steve Pitt corner is worked short to Chris Holland.

1st Round Cup Match vs. BCLC (Away) 08/10/11 John Williams skips past his man in the middle of the park. Man-of-the match Will Sparkes carries the ball out from deep in his own half. Mikey Davies turns with the ball on the half way line.
The BCLC keeper comes out to beat Gareth Thomas to a ball over the top. Striker Gareth Thomas beats the last man and bears down on the BCLC goal. Chris Holland gets in behind down the right flank and delivers a good ball into the six yard area. Player manager Luke Davies misses a chance late on with a glancing header that goes wide of the far post.
Gareth Thomas drops deeper an plays a well weight ball through to Steve Pitt. Will Sparkes runs the show from midfield and grabs himself a brace within the final third of the match.
