We have been informed by Footscray Rugby Club that sadly their Premises Manager Frank Wallen passed away suddenly on Wednesday evening.
Frank was always a big support to our club over the past few years since taking over the role and together with Paul Young has been the main contact for us down the club.
Our thoughts go out to Frank's family and friends at this sad time.
