Manager Nick Bunyard and Football Chairman Dave Bissex led the Paulton Rovers delegation at a civic reception at the Guildhall in Bath in recognition of and to celebrate the club's promotion to the Southern League Premier Division.

the Chairman of Bath and North East Somerset Council Councillor Martin Veal thanked Paulton's councillors John Bull and Liz Hardman for bringing the club's success to his attention.

He went on to congratulate everyone involved in the promotion winning season and looked forward to attending a home game early in the season.

Dave Bissex thanks Councillor Veal for the reception and echoed the hard work undertaken by so many volunteers.He went on thank manager Nick Bunyard, his assistant player Paul Milsom and coach Josh Jeffries as well as the players.

Nick Bunyard added his and the players thanks to the council for their recognition of the hard word put in by everyone and looked forward to the up and coming season.

Martin Veal responded telling everyone that as a former player himself, Paulton Rovers were now a premier club in the Bath and North East Somerset area in a Premier League.
