The weekend that wasn’t
Following no rugby last weekend - details of the re-arranged fixtures
The weather accounted for all but 1 league fixture across the entire Midlands last Saturday – Bournville (who are the likely opponents in the Midlands 1 play-off) easily beating Kenilworth. As far as we know, no rugby was played across the Midlands on Sunday as the overnight snow compounded the problems of the frost the previous nights. Will we get ANY rugby this weekend??
The 1st XV league fixture against Kettering has now been re-scheduled for 25 February 2012. The planned NLD Cup match against Mansfield has unfortunately therefore been pushed back, with Saturday 17 March 2012 being penciled in, although this is dependant on no further league games being postponed.
The U18’s Cup game against Burton has been re-arranged for this Saturday (11 February 2012), 7pm kick-off.
