Associated Clubs
Penrith Squash is an associate club within Penrith Rugby Union Football Club.
Penrith Squash Club was first opened in October 1976 as a result of investment by the Rugby Club. We have 4 courts and a membership of around 120 players. Penrith Squash currently has 1 men’s and 1 ladies team in the Cumbria League, and many players have had the honour for playing for the County in the Junior, Over 45, 50 and 55 age groups. Of all the racket sports in England (Tennis, Badminton and Squash) Squash has the most "Top Ten Players" by far, and Racketball is the country’s fastest growing racket sport. Racketball is available to all club members – we have all the equipment – just ask!
Squash is a great way to get/keep fit, meet other people and improve your technique.
