Responses from Internet Survey for Club Development Plan

The Committee would like to thank all the members (and non-members) who
contributed to both the web based survey and the workshop that was held last week.

The club is very pleased with the "exceptionally high" response rate that the survey elicited. "This makes the replies very valuable and meaningful, especially when added to the feedback from the workshop held last Wednesday" said Geoff Matthews, President of the club.
He also added that "the number of responses was higher than for clubs over 3 times our size playing rugby at higher levels than Penrith! This will now form the base from which our committee will move forward with our Development Plan."

"Producing this Plan will put Penrith in the elite band of clubs in the Country and it provides further recognition for your 'Whole Club'
approach to Development" commented Liam Nicholls, Cumbria Rugby Development Officer
