Penzance & Newlyn RFC’ s Annual General Meeting in 2017 will take place at the clubhouse on Thursday 27th July, commencing 7.30pm.

The meeting is only open to fully paid-up members of the Penzance & Newlyn RFC.

Nominations are required for positions on the Management Committee, as detailed below.

All nominations, duly proposed and seconded by a paid-up member of the club, must be received by Terry Drew, Club Administrator, by no later than Wednesday 19th July, 2017.

Nomination forms have been affixed to the clubhouse notice board or may be obtained from the Administrator, whose office is situated on the ground floor.

Positions available for nomination to the Management Committee are as follows:-

1. President

2. Chairman

3. Treasurer

4. Committee Members (3)

In addition to these posts the Youth Section will nominate a representative for the Management Committee. All these posts are honorary.

Members are reminded that Proxy Voting may take place if a vote for any of the above positions is necessary. These forms should be obtained from the Administrator and must be returned to him completed, 48 hours before the time of the meeting
