All coaches are invited to attend workshops running on the 14th and 21st of May that will teach how to incorporate and deliver judo content within rugby sessions.They will be run at the church hall on Glenbruar Crescent, beginning at 10 and finishing at 12

They will be led by Louise Renicks, commonwealth gold medalist. Those taking part will be taken through a session that Louise would use for rugby players and taught how to coach the content. If you are unable/unwilling to take part but want to come down and watch then feel free.
