Doc McKelvey, the newly promoted Edinburgh Development Manager and former Perthshire DO ,was delighted to help out in supporting the record attempt."this is a fantastic way to raise the profile of the club and the game of rugby within the local community, and I am delighted we can offer our support on the day of the record attempt."
Both Doc and a member of the SRU have agreed to act as official record adjudicators on the day and he is clearly looking forward to the big day."I have never been involved in a World Record Event and I am quite honoured that the club have offered me this opportunity.I can't wait to see all the Santas,it should be some sight."
